Orienta SpA, Agenzia per il Lavoro, società internazionale leader nel settore dell'ingegneria, delle costruzioni e dello sviluppo di progetti cerca un/una HSE Specialist per garantire la sicurezza presso il Cantiere di Roma Centro (Ristrutturazione).

La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile di controllare, verificare e aggiornare tutta la documentazione necessaria per l'accesso al cantiere, eseguire ispezioni periodiche, redigere procedure HSE e assicurare la formazione del personale. La risorsa riporta all'HSE Manager.

Responsabilità principali:
  1. Documentazione: Verifica e aggiornamento costante di tutta la documentazione di sicurezza (POS, PIMUS, piani di demolizione, ecc.) dei subappaltatori. Controllo della completezza e correttezza della documentazione per autorizzare l'accesso al cantiere.
  2. Ispezioni: Esecuzione di ispezioni periodiche in cantiere per verificare il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza. Identificazione e segnalazione di eventuali non conformità.
  3. Procedure HSE: Redazione e aggiornamento di procedure HSE per la valutazione dei rischi, in particolare per attività critiche o ad alto rischio. Verifica che tutto il personale di cantiere sia adeguatamente formato e informato sulle procedure HSE. Organizzazione di sessioni di formazione e informazione, se necessario.
  4. Reporting: Raccolta e analisi dei dati relativi alla sicurezza. Redazione di report periodici sull'andamento della sicurezza in cantiere.
Requisiti Richiesti:
  • Laurea (preferibile in materia di sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro).
  • Attestato CSP/CSE o RSPP o ASPP.
  • Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nella gestione della sicurezza in cantieri. Valutiamo con interesse anche neolaureati.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel).
  • Conoscenza di Autocad (preferibile).
  • Ottima conoscenza della normativa vigente in materia di sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro, in particolare nei cantieri.
  • Conoscenza della normativa in materia di gestione dei rifiuti.
  • Competenze: Capacità di analisi e problem solving, buone capacità organizzative e comunicative e disponibilità a lavorare in team.

Sede di Lavoro: Roma, zona Centrale (nei pressi della Metro A Barberini)

Orario di Lavoro: Full Time, 40h dal Lunedì al Venerdì

Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato con evidenza di chiusura cantiere fino al 30/10/2026, CCNL Edilizia Industria, 14° Mensilità con stipendio da parametrare in base alla reale esperienza.
