Manage a group of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, ensuring timely delivery and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation
  2. Ensure timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestones
  3. Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan
  4. Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course

Accountabilities:

  1. Develop an understanding of customer needs and content requirements
  2. Review and implement customer feedback
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Skills:

  1. Pioneering Spirit
  2. Integrity
  3. 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager
  4. 3 years' railway system engineering experience
  5. Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products
  6. Excellent communication skills
  7. Leadership skills

Desired Skills:

  1. Operation and Maintenance Processes
  2. RAMS and Maintenance Plan process
  3. Planning and organization
  4. Experience in editing software programs
