Digital Channels è una realtà dinamica che lavora in modalità Agile e ha il compito di gestire, ottimizzare e incrementare i Canali Digitali all'interno della Country. Il suo focus è il cliente e per questo progetta e realizza nuovi modi per migliorarne l'esperienza online, il rapporto con la Compagnia, fruire dei servizi disponibili, favorire l'incremento di lead e offrirgli un'assistenza digitale end to end.
Responsabilità
- Implementare i progetti cross-channel e cross-company e dell'identificazione delle relative sinergie
- Coordinare lo sviluppo e il delivery di nuove funzionalità all'interno dei touch points digitali (siti web, app), in modalità di lavoro Agile coordinando l'intera Squad
- Individuare e implementare ottimizzazioni multicanale e compagnia
- Collaborare con tutti i brand dell'azienda per la definizione, progettazione e implementazione dei canali di assistenza e vendita digitali
- Coordinare gli stakeholder nella definizione dei requisiti e nelle attività dei gruppi di lavoro
- Gestire la pianificazione delle attività
- Monitorare lo sviluppo di progetti e fornire update ricorrenti al top management
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia, Informatica o discipline equivalenti
- Conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office
- Conoscenza base della metodologia agile
- Ottime capacità relazionali, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro di squadra, con una buona predisposizione al lavoro sotto pressione in contesti complessi e dinamici
- Interesse per il mondo digitale e le innovazioni tecnologiche
- Buone capacità di comunicazione e capacità di risoluzione dei conflitti
- Curiosità, coraggio, adattabilità al cambiamento e spirito imprenditoriale
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano (quando e se sarà possibile/necessario)
