We currently serve 30 schools and corporations based in Bangalore and are looking to actively expand to other top cities in india.We pride ourselves on providing topnotch safety reliability and comfort to 20000 commuters who rely on us for their commute to work/ school or business needs. We provide 4 services student transportation services employee transportation services Pan India premium Cab rental service and a SaaS for transport management.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
  1. Post Sales Client coordination Software implementation and feedback collection.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely availability of reports that throw light on our service quality & performance.
  3. Ensure smooth performance of Day to Day operations within agreed upon SLAs. The activities of the control team include the following & more:
  4. Responding to email tickets on zoho desk
  5. Responding to IVR calls
  6. Updating software systems with realtime ground data and scheduling trips.

Qualifications
  1. Track team s daily tasks and assign work.
  2. Track implementation projects & other project status and action blockers/ slowdowns while keeping stakeholders in loop regarding any changes in schedule.
  3. Actively connect with internal and external stakeholders to
  4. Set and understand expectations.
  5. Bring clarity to scope time and cost of activities.
  6. Request product & process improvements while escalating shortcomings.
  7. Report status of projects underway to the CEO on a daily basis.
