Sede: Milano – (Richiesta presenza Cliente sede Milano 2/3 gg a settimana)

Descrizione del Ruolo: Il candidato ideale ha una comprovata esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento del processo di sviluppo software, con una forte interazione con i team di sviluppo e un solido background tecnico.

Responsabilità:

  • Definire e comunicare la visione del prodotto e i requisiti funzionali.
  • Coordinare il ciclo di sviluppo software, garantendo che i progetti siano completati nei tempi e nei budget stabiliti.
  • Collaborare con i team di sviluppo per garantire una comprensione chiara delle esigenze del prodotto.
  • Gestire il backlog del prodotto, stabilendo le priorità e assicurando che gli sviluppatori abbiano tutte le informazioni necessarie per svolgere il loro lavoro.
  • Monitorare le prestazioni del prodotto e raccogliere feedback dagli utenti per migliorare continuamente le funzionalità.
  • Comunicare efficacemente con tutte le parti interessate, inclusi team interni e clienti.

Requisiti:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Product Owner o in un ruolo equivalente.
  • Competenze e esperienza concreta nella gestione e nel coordinamento del processo di sviluppo software.
  • Background tecnico che consenta una comunicazione efficace con i team di sviluppo.
  • Capacità di coordinare tutte le fasi del ciclo di sviluppo software, dall'ideazione alla consegna.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di problem-solving.
