40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Are you an automotive fan? Do you speak fluent German and enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic German Speaking Agent to join our team in Rome.

The Role

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, make and answer calls and communicate via e-mails. Your key tasks will be:

  • Answering customers inquiries via ticket system or phone calls
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
  • Applying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies

About you

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal German Speaking Agent has:

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
  • Fluent level of Italian, English and German (French is a plus);
  • Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.
