While focusing on the connection of SAP Central Finance with source systems and other financial tools like Anaplan. The role revolves around driving the harmonization and optimization of financial processes.RESPONSIBILITIESGlobal Project Implementation & SAP IntegrationLeads the execution of multiple global finance projects with a particular focus on connecting SAP Central Finance with source systems and other finance tools such as AnaplanOversees the planning, coordination, and execution of these tasks to ensure seamless connections and operational efficiencySupports the ERP migrationsEnsures smooth transitions and minimal disrupts to ongoing financial operationsCollaborates with cross- functional teams (i.E., Country and Regional Finance, Global Controlling, Global Consolidation, Global Accounting, and Global IT)Addresses technical challengesProvides strategic inputs to optimize the migration processProcess Optimization & Documentation ManagementEnsures the accurate management of all project documentation and proceduresMaintains high standards of organizationPlays a key role in harmonizing and optimizing finance-related processes across the organizationDrive efficient improvements while aligning operations with global best practicesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in IT Systems, Finance or AccountingMore than 5 years’ experience in finance project managementStrong leadership, analytical and communication skillsGood knowledge of accounting and reporting processesExperience with SAP (including Central Finance and Group Reporting), Anaplan and other major ERP systems (Oracle, Navision)Ability to manage complex projects while liaising with diverse stakeholdersAbility to meet demanding deadlinesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (incl. MS Project)Requires fluency in English language (written and spoken)
