Manpower Professional, societ del Gruppo specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili Middle Management, cerca per la sede di Milano di un rinomato Studio Legale internazionale, una figura di Workplace Assistant. All’interno del team Property &, Facility, la figura si occuper di garantire l’efficienza operativa quotidiana dell’ambiente di lavoro, attraverso attivit quali: Supervisione e gestione degli spazi garantendo un ambiente sicuro, pulito e funzionale, Coordinamento dei front office: organizzazione turni di lavoro, distribuzione incarichi, Gestione degli acquisti e rifornimenti per i materiali d’ufficio, Supportare l’attivit di acquisto merci, allestimento e catering delle sale riunioni e delle aree break, Coordinare eventuali attivit di trasloco e/o spostamenti di documentazione, postazioni e arredi, Verificare periodicamente lo stato degli ambienti comuni segnalando interventi correttivi, ove richiesto, Supportare le attivit dei colleghi che si occupano della posta in entrata e uscita, Raccogliere le segnalazioni da parte di staff e professionisti in merito a problematiche legate ad attrezzature, arredi e dotazioni varie garantendo l’intervento delle squadre di manutentori, Si Richiede: Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo (Workplace Assistant, Facility assistant, Front office supervisor) Ottime capacit organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli, Capacit di comunicazione verbale e scritta in inglese, Approccio empatico, capacit relazionali a più livelli e professionalit , Conoscenza dei tools Microsoft Office, Spirito di iniziativa e lavoro di squadra Si Offre: Sede: Milano Contratto a Tempo determinato di 12 mesi CCNL Studi Professionali RAL commisurata all’esperienza + Ticket 10€ + Ass. sanitaria integrativa vetrinabakeca
