Role Overview
As a
Content Moderator , you will be responsible for
reviewing user‑generated content
to ensure compliance with
platform guidelines . Your role includes
enforcing content policies , addressing
user concerns , and working closely with your team to maintain a
positive and secure online environment . Keeping up with
emerging trends
will be essential for refining
moderation strategies .
Key Responsibilities
Content Review : Assess
videos, images, comments, and links
to verify adherence to
community standards
and remove
inappropriate content .
Policy Enforcement : Apply
platform rules
across different types of
digital content .
Regulatory Compliance : Work alongside your
team
to ensure all
legal requirements
are met.
Trend Monitoring : Analyze
user behavior , detect
emerging risks , and refine
moderation tactics .
Process Improvement : Offer
feedback
to enhance
moderation tools
and
workflow efficiency .
Requirements
EU citizenship
or a
valid Portuguese residency card .
Experience in
customer support
is preferred.
Strong
analytical, leadership, and communication skills .
Willingness to

in the field.
