Who are we looking for?A fast-growing international electronics company, focused on components and HMI solutions for industrial and OEM clients. The organization is undergoing transformation, with ambitious growth targets and a cross-country commercial structure.
Who are we looking for?A Head of Sales responsible for leading and structuring an international team of Account Managers across multiple European countries, acting as a bridge between top management and field sales, driving growth, execution, and commercial performance.

· Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of 6–8 Account Managers across Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands,
· Drive commercial execution, supporting both new business development and ongoing opportunities
· Act as a key interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management)
· Monitor and manage sales KPIs: revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy
· Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits with Account Managers
· Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure, performance-oriented environmentIdeal Candidate
· Significant experience in electronics, components, or adjacent technical sectors . Components as preferred sector due to business challenges.
· International exposure and understanding of cross-country business dynamics
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Hunter mentality combined with structured execution and reporting discipline
· Ability to manage complexity, pressure, and fast-paced organizational changes
· High resilience, proactivity, and ownership mindset
· Comfortable with frequent travel (40–60%) across Europe
