Junior Sales Operations

We help Life Sciences & Healthcare company to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender – and for that, we need to join us as aJunior Sales Operations.The team: You’ll join ourSales team , working closely with Customer Account, Marketing and Product.You’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial engine of FBK, helping structure processes, improve data quality, and enable the Sales team to perform at their best, while growing your skills through a structured learning path.If you like working at the intersection ofdata, processes, and people , and enjoy turning complexity into clarity, you’ll feel at home here.The work you’ll do: Support the Sales team in managing and optimizing processes and workflows Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and handover processes Assist in monitoring key sales KPIs and performance metrics Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and operational processesThe qualifications you need: Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher) Strong interest in sales operations, business processes, and data analysis Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data Ability to work in a structured way and quickly understand processes and interdependencies Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentisbetter Ability to work as a team to drive additional value and expertise #dreamteam [Nice to have] Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce) [Nice to have] Basic knowledge of sales funnels, pipeline management, or revenue operations [Bonus] Interest in automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiencyWhat FBK can offer you: The opportunity to work in a unique and fast-growing field: Tender Management A growing team from diverse backgrounds to learn from and work with Investment in your personal growth and skill development (career paths, L&D courses, mentorships, and more) Internship or apprenticeship with compensation, depending on experience and background A unique combination of innovative atmosphere paired with great professionalism and self-responsible work A clear set of company values that guides everything we do: Play Like a Team, Wear the Customer’s Shoes, Kindness Always and Think ForwardAbout us: At FBK, we have built a leading product that has defined the new standard ofTender Management Systems (TMS) , but we don't want to stop there.
