Production Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator who will report directly to the Production Manager and be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator:

• Supervising production processes and preparing production reports (KPIs)
• Short-term production scheduling and workforce management (using Gantt Charts and Workforce Management tools)
• Implementing improvements to the production scheduling process (developing new planning algorithms)
• Ensuring that products meet EXOR's quality standards
• Organizing the repair of damaged units
• Maintaining constant communication with the Production Manager, another Production Coordinator, the Quality Office, the Warehouse, and all Production Operators.

Requirements and Qualifications of the Production Coordinator:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Performance evaluation abilities
• Understanding of quality standards
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to report production KPIs to the Production Manager (knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus)
• Knowledge of production processes
• Proficiency in using management systems
• Understanding of Lean Production principles

Preferred factors:

• Knowledge of ERP Sage X3

Education : Technical diploma and/or a degree in industrial or management field
