Hitachi Rail e Synergie HRed insieme per condurre l’Assessment High Speed Talent. Con il contributo degli psicologi e assessor Daniela Chiru e David Oprandi, l’obiettivo è selezionare talenti che uniscono competenze a sensibilità green. Tramite la metodologia LEGO® Serious Play®, i candidati verranno sottoposti a prove volte ad individuare competenze chiave per Hitachi Rail.

Ingegneria Meccanica

Ingegneria Gestionale

Ingegneria Elettronica

Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni

 

o Titoli di studio equivalenti.

 

Le persone selezionate parteciperanno ad una giornata di Assessment presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Hitachi Rail a Genova e, in questa sede, avranno l'opportunità di visitare il plant e toccare con mano la realtà aziendale, confrontandosi con i referenti dei team e ascoltando testimonianze di coloro che lavorano in Azienda.

 

Requisiti

Cerchiamo candidati provenienti dagli indirizzi di studio citati, motivati, affidabili e con tanta voglia di apprendere.
