The successful candidate will manage and supervise site works, monitoring schedules and resources with the aim of ensuring the correct execution of projects, in compliance with the regulations and established costs.
Responsibility- Management and control of the operational phases of construction sites, from planning to implementation.
- Supervision of project progress, including the preparation of periodic reports on time and costs.
- Coordination and communication with suppliers, contractors, and other technicians involved in the projects.
- Checking the compliance of the works performed with the drawings and technical specifications, with attention to regulatory and quality requirements.
- Preparation of estimates and measurements for construction work.
- Previous experience in the construction sector, preferably in technical offices or construction management.
- Proficiency in construction site management software and technical drawing (AutoCAD). xysqume
- Strong ability to manage resources and construction site timelines.
