Distributed in over 30 countries, the brand combines professional-grade performance, timeless elegance, and a contemporary vision of beauty.The RoleWe are looking for an Operational & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Milan office and support our international business. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of marketing, digital, and operations, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a positive mindset and strong ownership of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales Support (B2C)Support daily marketing and sales activitiesReview inbound leads and assist with client qualificationImplement marketing initiatives and programsMaintain marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, price lists, product manuals, brand assets)Manage databases and presentations using Excel, Word, and CanvaOperations & Showroom CoordinationCoordinate logistics for customer visits, demos, and makeup artist activitiesManage showroom inventory and assist visiting clientsLiaise with PR agencies, makeup artists, models, and partnersSupport marketing and fashion eventsPrepare inbound/outbound e-commerce orders and manage sampling requestsDigital, Content & E-commerceSupport management of lordandberry.com and future online storesAssist with website updates, content, imagery, and promotionsDraft and send email campaigns and newslettersSupport social media, community engagement, and digital marketing activitiesConduct basic keyword research and performance reportingAssist with PPC, affiliate marketing, and lead generationSupport day-to-day e-commerce operations (Magento experience is a plus)RequirementsAt least 2 years experience in Beauty A MUST and Passion for luxury, and fashionStrong commercial awareness and analytical mindsetExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsConfident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Canva, and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)Familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platformsProactive, problem-solving attitude with strong ownershipFluent Italian and English (written and spoken)What We OfferA creative, international, and fast-paced working environmentHands-on exposure across marketing, digital, and operationsClose collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams9–12 month training period with potential for full-time employmentCompetitive salary and growth opportunitiesHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about beauty and eager to grow with a Made in Italy brand, please send your CV to personale@lordandberry.com
