Climate Technology Responsibilities As Senior Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for:Driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments Being the go‑to person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes Making sure that project financials, on‑time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets Addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risk mitigation, to project close‑out Acting as innovator, creating execution models suitable for large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies Leading efforts to create suitable execution models for unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies Covering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs and working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners and orchestrating collaboration initiativesDo you enjoy working with cutting‑edge technology? Quality Control Responsibilities Our IET team at the Avenza Modularization Yard ensures top‑quality standards on complex LNG mega‑modules. Through targeted inspections, accurate documentation and close collaboration with Construction and Engineering, we verify compliance with codes, specifications and customer requirements, helping reduce re‑work and deliver safe, high‑quality modules. Within IET, our Quality Control team supports every stage of module fabrication. We work with all the internal departments and our contractors to confirm compliance with acceptance criteria. From dimensional checks to welding supervision and system walk‑downs, we safeguard the conformity of heavy, high‑complexity assemblies and enable flawless delivery to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:Planning and managing the execution of quality inspection and coordinating inspector crew Supervising to customer audits and inspections (Walkdown) to guarantee that all project quality requirements are fully satisfied Acting as customer technical point of contact for quality‑related matters ensuring corrective actions are implemented Addressing and resolving quality‑related matters, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate Collaborating with Construction Team and Engineering to ensure the Quality Control Plan is executed and customer quality requirements are achieved Adopting best practice guidelines and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes and systemsFuel Your Passion To be successful in this role you will:Have BSc or MSc in engineering Be able to understand and implement technical drawings such as P&ID, wiring diagrams, and general arrangements Be a good team player and display good communication and problem‑solving skills Be self‑motivated to deliver to deadlines, with a flexible approach to problem solving without compromising detail or quality Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Be fluent both in English and ItalianWork in a Way That Works for You We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
