La risorsa supporterà lo sviluppo, la gestione e l’ottimizzazione del mix merceologico dei centri commerciali, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare l’occupancy e la redditività delle superfici commerciali, coordinando le attività di leasing con la strategia di sviluppo immobiliare e commerciale dell’azienda. Supportare la definizione e l’implementazione della strategia di leasing per nuovi progetti
Supportare la gestione delle trattative commerciali con i potenziali tenant
Condurre analisi di mercato e benchmark per identificare trend, competitor e opportunità di posizionamento
Curare la fase di negoziazione e redazione dei contratti (LOI, preliminari, lease agreement, contratti revocabili), in collaborazione con l’ufficio legale
Gestire e aggiornare il tenant mix dei centri commerciali, assicurando equilibrio tra brand, categorie merceologiche e flussi di traffico
Monitorare la performance dei tenant e proporre azioni correttive o opportunità di rilocazione
Esperienza pregressa nel leasing o nella gestione commerciale di centri commerciali, retail park o outlet
Buona conoscenza dei principi contrattuali in ambito immobiliare commerciale.
Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari (tecnico, legale, marketing, property management)
