Per primaria società Real Estate a Roma ricerchiamo un/aTECHNICAL CONSULTANT & VALUERProfilo Ideale:1) Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura, costituirà titolo preferenziale avere conseguito un Master in Real Estate e la certificazione RICS;2) Precedente analoga esperienza in società strutturate (almeno 3-5 anni);3) Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point e AutoCAD;4) Buone capacità di organizzazione e flessibilità;5) Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;6) Eccellenti capacità analitiche, proattività e capacità di lavorare in team;7) Forte motivazione alla crescita professionale, desiderio di apprendere e contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo dell’azienda; orientamento al risultato, spirito d’iniziativa e passione per il settore e per il proprio lavoro;8) Domicilio limitrofo alla sede aziendale.Principali mansioni previste:La risorsa, inserita all’interno del Team, seguirà le seguenti attività: Valutazioni di beni immobiliari appartenenti a tutte le asset class (residenziale, uffici, retail, hotel,immobili a sviluppo) utilizzando i metodi valutativi (Market Comparison Approach, DCF, ResidualMethod, ecc.) basati sulle best practices nazionali ed internazionali e compliance oriented (Standard RICS, IVSC, ABI, ecc.); Elaborazioni di Highest and Best Use Analysis finalizzate alla definizione dei migliori scenari divalorizzazione di singoli asset o interi ambiti urbani; Attività di due diligence tecnica, urbanistica e documentale; Supporto alla redazione di proposte e presentazioni destinati ai clienti; Attività tecniche di verifica e controllo della compliance urbanistico-edilizia e catastale, analisi dicongruità del capex plan e dei tempi di sviluppo ed analisi della progettazione a livello di dettagliodisponibile.Inserimento: immediato o da concordare.Sede Aziendale: Roma.Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, full time, retribuzione e livello di inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza della risorsa scelta.
