The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Educational Content & Marketing Manager with a strong educational background and able to position Twinkl as the leading expert in education resource provision in Italy. You'll be well-connected in the education sector, passionate about supporting educators, and adept at leading teams.

In this role, the Educational Content & Marketing Manager will lead the country and segment strategy, including product development initiatives, leveraging Twinkl's expertise to shape the educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership and Market Understanding:

  1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the education landscape and the evolving needs of educators and learners.
  2. Forge strong relationships with decision-makers and educators across the country, positioning Twinkl as the go-to resource provider.
  3. Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and gather insights into the local education sector.
  4. Lead the development and improvement of resources designed for educators' specific careers.
  5. Lead a team, motivating them to excel and encouraging innovation and teamwork.
  6. Use your entrepreneurial mindset to find new opportunities, lead important projects, and drive Twinkl's growth forward.

Marketing and Brand Awareness:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  3. Build relationships with local organisations and influencers to broaden our brand's reach and credibility in the market.
  4. Strategically highlight Twinkl's products to align with educators' needs.
  5. Analyse marketing data to assess campaign success and refine strategies as needed.

Business Growth and Performance:

  1. Achieve revenue targets, new customer acquisition goals, and other key performance indicators.
  2. Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  3. Provide regular reporting on market performance and progress towards business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will have a combination of the following:

  1. Thorough knowledge of the Italian education market and customer needs.
  2. Experience teaching in a public state school.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  4. Strong decision-making skills and ability to seize opportunities.
