Technical Project EngineerIn Gherri Meat Technology aiutiamo le aziende alimentari italiane a scegliere e implementare macchine e impianti per l'Industria Alimentare.✅ Il nostro valore sta nella proposta, nell'integrazione di tecnologie, nella personalizzazione delle soluzioni e nella gestione tecnica di progetti per l'Industria Alimentare.Per lo sviluppo dell’area tecnica ricerchiamo un Technical Project Engineer, un nuovo ruolo interno che diventerà il riferimento tecnico operativo tra clienti, fornitori e ufficio tecnico Gherri.IL RUOLO:La risorsa lavorerà su commesse di macchine e linee industriali, con un ruolo trasversale e operativo, occupandosi di:Analisi tecnica delle esigenze del cliente e delle specifiche di commessaDefinizione di soluzioni tecniche e configurazioni personalizzateCoordinamento tecnico con i fornitori esteri di macchinari e attrezzatureSupporto tecnico durante installazioni, avviamenti, upgrade e revampingGestione delle criticità tecniche e ricerca di soluzioni applicativeInterfaccia continua con l'area sales, i project management e l'area tecnica internaGestione della documentazione tecnica(manuali, schede, protocolli), nel rispetto delle normative vigenti (Direttiva Macchine, norme CE, ecc.). ⚠️ Non siamo un’azienda con produzione interna di macchinari. Il ruolo non prevede quindi progettazione di dettaglio di macchine prodotte internamente.Richiede invece visione d’insieme, curiosità, costante confronto con gli uffici tecnici dei costruttori per garantire risposte puntuali ed efficaci ai clienti, e quindi capacità di integrazione anche tra tecnologie diverse.CHI CERCHIAMO:Laurea in Ingegneria (meccanica, meccatronica, industriale o affine) Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in progettazione, ufficio tecnico di macchine/impianti industriali o system integrationCompetenza nell’utilizzo di AutoCADAbitudine a lavorare su commesse custom e soluzioni non standardDisponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e in EuropaCapacità di dialogo tecnico con fornitori e partner internazionali, pertanto ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.Non è un ruolo adatto a chi cerca un ufficio tecnico di produzione macchinari in serie.È ideale per chi vuole lavorare su progetti, integrazione e soluzioni tecniche su misura per i produttori alimentari.COSA OFFRIAMO:Formazione: lavorerai insieme ai Project Manager e ai Tecnici Senior, e ti formerai presso le sedi in Europa dei nostri Partner Internazionali.Opportunità di crescita: Ruolo da costruire e strutturare interamente, con sviluppo di competenze tecniche e reale impatto sull’organizzazione.Ambiente giovane e dinamico: lavorerai in un team giovane e motivato, a contatto con tecnologie all'avanguardia.Sede di lavoro: base operativa a Parma e possibilità di brevi trasferte in Italia ed in Europa.
