International manufacturing group is seeking aGroup Administration Directorto support a key phase of organisational evolution. Reporting to the Group CFO, the role strengthens governance, efficiency, and consistency across Group administrative and accounting functions.Main responsibilitiesAccountable for Group-wide consolidation, reporting, statutory, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability of financial information. To provide functional leadership to international administrative teams within a decentralised structure, managing complexity and organisational change. To drive process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP harmonisation, standardisation, and cost efficiency. To act as a cross-functional partner to Finance, Controlling, Tax, HR, Legal, and IT on strategic initiatives such as restructuring, integrations, and M&A.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance frameworks. 10-15 years’ experience in senior administrative or finance leadership roles in large manufacturing group or complex corporate structures. Experience with multi-entity ERP systems and digital tools supporting administrative and financial processes.
