Job Description Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained, and capable individual to serve as an Army Community Services Analyst for the US Army Garrison Italy. Responsibilities Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive):Military Relocations Transitions Translation Cultural Integration Customer Service Italian language class facilitationQualificationsAssociate’s Degree. Possess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance. Expert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systems. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows. Must be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data. Strong organizational skills and a confident, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive mindset. Experience working with military service members or their families. Ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations. Must be fluent in written and oral English and Italian. 2 years experience working with military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service and Italian language class facilitation.At Interactive Government Holdings, Inc.
