AsPlant Controlleryou will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the plant. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. Maintain accurate product costing and inventory valuation. Analyze production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency. Support pricing decisions and margin analysis. Compliance & Internal Controls Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets. Manage ERP system data integrity for plant operations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
