Per un'innovativa realtà che ha sviluppato una tecnologia pionieristica che punta a rivoluzionare il settore energetico, accelerando la transizione verso un sistema più sostenibile, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare un/una:INSTALLATION ENGINEER - WIND OFFSHORE La figura sarà responsabile della definizione della strategia di installazione e della successiva supervisione in sito, operando in modalità ibrida tra ufficio (sede/remoto) e trasferte in Italia ed Europa.SEDE: Milano (MI), Policy smart working (2 giorni/week)ATTIVITA’ 80%INGEGNERIA DI INSTALLAZIONE Creazione della strategia operativa di deployment : montaggio, trasporto, installazione/posa, testing, collegamento alla rete e avviamento e manutenzione (O&M) dell'impianto.Preparazione della Documentazione di Installazione: redazione di procedure operative, calcoli preliminari, disegni tecnici, piani di lavoro, cronoprogrammi e valutazione dei rischi per le attività di messa in servizio e dismissioneSelezione e Preparazione dei Mezzi navali di Installazione più idonei (come pontoni o crane/supply vessel) e attrezzature generali per l’installazione.Selezione dei Subappaltatori: redazione delle specifiche tecniche per i documenti da richiede ai fornitori, scouting di fornitori adatti e affidabili, definizione e gestione delle offerte da parte dei fornitori.Condurre un'analisi dettagliata delle spese operative (OPEX) per garantire la convenienza economica di tutte le operazioni marittime.20 % OPERAZIONI MARINE (ON/OFFSHORE)Attività Preliminari: coordinamento della preparazione del sito per la messa a mare di ancoraggi, tubi e boe, comprese attività di mobilitazione dei mezzi navali.Gestione e Monitoraggio del Processo di Trasporto e Installazione degli impianti dimostrativi/commerciali: supervisione delle fasi di carico, posa e collegamento, garantendo che le operazioni siano eseguite correttamente e secondo piano stabilito.REQUISITI Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline tecnico-ingegneristiche, navale/Marittima (preferibile ma non obbligatoria).Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.Esperienza di almeno 4/6 anni in ruoli affini nel settore on/offshore (Oil&Gas, Energie Rinnovabili, Infrastrutture Marine ..)Competenze Trasversali (Soft Skills)Attitudine al problem solving.Capacità di assumersi un'ampia gamma di responsabilità e di guidare in modo proattivo i progetti in un ambiente dinamico da start up.Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari.Capacità di gestire progetti complessi e di rispettare le scadenze. PACCHETTO RETRIBUTIVO In funzione delle competenze consolidate per il ruolo.Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding.
