Role overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within their assigned territory. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from A-SAFE's product range. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

How you can help us in this role:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand A-SAFE's market presence.
  • Identify and prioritise potential clients and markets through research and analysis.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression through the sales cycle.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of A-SAFE's products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates on activities, achievements, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights.
What we would like you to bring to our team:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the industrial or safety sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
