Our Data/ML team is central to Subito’s mission, leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics to optimize the user experience, personalize services, and drive new revenue streams across our massive user baseAt Subito you will have the opportunity to work on one of the richest datasets in Italy, given our traffic volume and user engagement levels. Job Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a Machine Learning model in Subito: design, implement, test and deploy in production.Push forward the ML practice with new use cases, techniques and practicesEnsure observability and support on the existing models in productionFormulate hypotheses and design experiments to prove the value of your models Work with stakeholders to ensure we increase adoption of AI in our companyGet to know and help design our data lake to extract as much value as possible and to better model our business Job Requirements:5+ years of experience in Data-related jobs of which at least 3 years as Data ScientistHighly proficient with Python Hands on experience in designing, training and deploying ML modelsHighly proficient with data extraction/manipulation tools (SQL, Spark, Pandas, Polars…)Experience in applied statistical techniquesExperience with software development tools (Docker, Git, Cloud infrastructure, …)Nice to have: Data visualization and presentation skills to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise mannerGood English proficiency levelPrior experience in a digital companyExperience with ML Ops tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD, …)Job Benefits:Flexible working hours and smart working policy Competitive total remuneration based on experienceWork with OKRs goal-setting frameworkHealthcare plan, welfare plan and wellbeing initiativesDynamic and supportive work environmentGrowth and training opportunitiesSubito is an equal-opportunity employer.
