PE CFOSector | Retail / luxury retailLocation | ItalyRenumeration | Competitive salaryFinatal are working with a midmarket PE fund who are actively seeking an experience PE CFO within the retail space who can continue driving the growth of this market leading business with a view to exit on the horizon.This business is a rapid buy & build and a market leader in his space with well over 150 stores, it now needs a really experienced operator to work alongside management and the investors in continuing its growth but also driving transformation across the group in order to integrate and increase efficiency.The asset has grown substantially since investment 2 years ago.Experience:Must have been a private equity CFO from a multi-site retail businessStrong experience of M&A and integration with transformation agenda backgroundThey own a numbers stores as well as having a franchise model in placeNeed to have a good understanding of debtA good understanding of distributionMust have:Private Equity experienceLed an exitRetail / Multi-site
