Per solida azienda Italiana leader nella progettazione e produzione di macchinari di automazione industriale per il settore farmaceutico, biotecnologico e affini, siamo alla ricerca di un* Field Service Technician.

La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Service Manager si occuperà di:

  • Collaudo delle macchine in azienda
  • Collaudo e messa in servizio delle macchine presso l'utente finale
  • Interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria
  • Esecuzione delle attività di Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
  • Esecuzione delle attività di validazione (IQ-OQ-PQ) presso i clienti
  • Interventi di calibrazione
  • Esecuzione delle attività di Cycle Development
  • Attività di training a clienti/agenti
  • Analisi dei problemi emersi durante l’attività di collaudo e proposta di soluzioni
  • Redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione e compilazione di protocolli

Il candidato ideale:

  • Esperienza nel disegno tecnico meccanico, idraulico, pneumatico ed elettrico.
  • Abilità nella redazione di protocolli di test.
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura (temperatura, pressione) e delle relative procedure di calibrazione.
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con altre figure tecniche nei settori meccanico, elettrico e di processo.
  • Orientamento al supporto e assistenza ai clienti.
  • Capacità di risolvere problemi tecnici (troubleshooting).
  • Esperienza nel settore della manutenzione di impianti industriali, con preferenza per il settore farmaceutico.
  • Completano il profilo conoscenze in ambito di convalida degli impianti di produzione (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Disponibilità al 50% di trasferte, sia in Italia che all’estero (Europa e Extra Europa).
  • Possesso di patente di guida.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
