Vanguard System , divisione informatica del Gruppo Global Sistemi Srl , ricerca per ampliamento organico, 1 risorsa da inserire come PYTHON e CLOUD COMPUTING. La persona che stiamo ricercando contribuirà allo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative basate su modelli generativi, integrandoli in architetture scalabili e portandoli in produzione. Sarà inoltre coinvolta nella costruzione di librerie e framework condivisi utilizzati da più team, per cui è fondamentale un approccio collaborativo e orientato alla condivisione. È importante che sappia interfacciarsi con il business, comprendere i requisiti progettuali e contribuire attivamente alla diffusione della cultura GenAI all’interno dell’organizzazione. Responsabilità Implementare soluzioni in Python che utilizzano modelli generativi Strutturare progetti cloud basati su architetture serverless, principalmente su AWS Esporre le soluzioni tramite API, rendendole accessibili a sistemi esterni e clienti Gestire pipeline di CI/CD e utilizzare Docker per il packaging e il deployment delle soluzioni Progettare e gestire l’infrastruttura come codice (IaC) con Terraform Contribuire alla costruzione di librerie e framework condivisi per l’uso interno Documentare soluzioni, condividere risultati e contribuire all’evoluzione architetturale del sistema Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Matematica, Statistica, Fisica o campi affini Ottima conoscenza di Python Esperienza comprovata nell’utilizzo di modelli di AI generativa (es. prompt engineering, RAG) in progetti reali Familiarità con strumenti per la gestione di embedding e ricerca semantica, come Pinecone Esperienza nella progettazione e implementazione di API Esperienza pratica su AWS, in particolare nell’uso di servizi serverless Esperienza con Terraform, CI/CD e Docker Attitudine alla ricerca applicata, sperimentazione e prototipazione rapida Capacità di lavorare in team e contribuire a soluzioni condivise Nice to Have Esperienza con Azure OpenAI e conoscenza di AI Foundry Esperienza in MCP, fine-tuning e model evaluation Familiarità con framework come LangChain e MLflow Partecipazione a progetti di ricerca, pubblicazioni o contributi open source Luogo di lavoro: REMOTO - Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali presso le sedi di Milano o Bologna L'impegno previsto è FULL TIME Per questa posizione proponiamo un contratto di assunzione CCNL METALMECCANICO PMI A TEMPO INDETERMINATO RAL 25K-40K.
