Join the founding team and play an essential role in the creation of this sanctuary of luxury on the island of Giudecca, where generous rooms and suites, extraordinary private gardens, a multi-level spa and spectacular views of the Piazza san Marco will await our guests.MissionsKey Duties And ResponsibilitiesGeneral:To be responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of guests and the equipment of the teamResponding to guests' requests discreetly and quicklyAnticipating guests' requests and expectationsEnsuring customer satisfaction during their staysParticipating in the cleaning and preparation of roomsChecking that the work carried out meets the hotel's quality standards, in the rooms and common areasResponsible for replenishing reservesMaintain good relations with other departments in the hotel and be a leader of your teamComply with quality standardsAdministrative:Inform and follow up the guest with the Reception and Reservation departmentMonitor stock status of linen, cleaning and hospitality products and identify procurement needs to make purchasesTeam management:Ensure the proper integration of employees into the team and actively participate in their trainingEnsure that hygiene and safety instructions in all areas are respected and followedApply service standards and ensure their correct application to the teamDefine team planning and schedulesFulfill all tasks relating to the management of the team in accordance with the requirements of Management and Human Resources and in compliance with legal regulations (appraisal interviews, monitoring of tardiness and absences, development and weekly recording of attendance feedback, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
