GRADUATE PROGRAM INDUSTRIAL & SUPPLY CHAIN

Cosa offriamo:
- Un Graduate Program strutturato di 4 anni per sviluppare talenti orientati ad una carriera internazionale nelle Operations;
- Ruoli e progetti entusiasmanti nell'organizzazione Operations sotto la supervisione dei leader Ferrero;
- Un periodo iniziale di 2 anni nel plant in Belgio (Arlon) seguito da altri 2 anni in altro plant Europeo per poter sviluppare ed espandere le tue conoscenze come parte della Famiglia Ferrero
- La possibilità di continuare ad avere un percorso di carriera internazionale dopo la conclusione del Programma

I candidati saranno accompagnati e supportati durante tutto l iter di selezione da figure dedicate e le spese per gli spostamenti legati all iter di selezione saranno sostenuti dall Azienda.
Iter selettivo: preselezione individuale Gi Group, Assessment con Business Case da remoto in lingua Inglese con Ferrero
Hai queste caratteristiche?
- Laurea Magistrale (MSc, 5 anni di studi) in Ingegneria, Tecnologie Alimentari o altro campo correlato alla produzione alimentare con un punteggio finale molto alto
- Una prima esperienza lavorativa pratica (ad esempio stage o attività di volontariato) costituirebbe un vantaggio
- Forti capacità utente in MS Office
- Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese; la conoscenza di qualsiasi altra lingua costituisce un plus
- Grande passione ed interesse per il settore dell'industria alimentare
- Curiosità, apertura e competenza interculturale
- Approccio metodico al lavoro, logico e orientato al processo
- Un vero desiderio di mobilità internazionale e disponibilità al trasferimento all estero
