Prepare financial reports to share with management in order to support the achievements of the targets. Ability to work in team on common goalsKey ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of the main production plants metrics (operational expense, conversion cost etc)Cost Center analysisFinancial targets analysis (Ebitdar%, Working Capital, Capex)SOX complianceSAP and HFM data maintenanceCompetencies and BehaviorsMS OfficeDynamicQuick thinker and flexibleProblem solvingMust be able to work as part of the teamQualifications and ExperienceEducation: University bachelor degree in EconomicsProfessional backgroundBachelor Degree or High School in EconomicsScope FactorsFinance/Controlling experience in an multinational companyLearn how a reporting package worksImprove soft skills and relations with collegues around the worldAllison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
