Are you a creative force with a passion for visual storytelling and motion? Join our marketing team as a Marketing Designer and help shape how our brand shows up across social, web, and product touchpoints. You’ll blend visual design, motion, and video to create impactful content that drives awareness and engagement.We are a remote first team, primarily working fully remote, with a cozy office in Isola, Milan. We value in person collaboration when needed and prefer someone based in the Milan area who can occasionally join us in the office to work closely together, with flexibility.What you’ll doCreate scroll stopping motion graphics, product release videos, and animated visual assets for LinkedIn, social channels, the website, presentations, and campaignsDesign high impact static visuals including carousels, posts, UI assets, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Live StoryOwn the full creative loop from idea to storyboard to visual concept to finished motion and video outputCollaborate closely with the Brand Director to ensure consistency across all brand touchpointsDesign engaging landing pages and contribute to email templates for product updates and nurturing flowsStay ahead of design, motion, and AI trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the tableWhat you’ll bring3 to 5 years of experience in an agency, B2B, or enterprise communication environmentStrong motion design and video editing skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent toolsSolid graphic design foundations including typography, layout, composition, and visual identityProven portfolio showcasing both motion work and visual design projectsExperience working with Figma and the Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to move fast and deliver high quality work in a dynamic, fast paced environmentResourceful and scrappy mindset with the ability to find smart solutions with limited time or inputsFluent in EnglishWhat we consider a plusFamiliarity with AI driven creative workflows such as Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Sora, DALL·E, or similar toolsCuriosity, adaptability, and willingness to explore emerging AI and motion techniquesExperience in a B2B SaaS environmentWhy you’ll love it hereWork with a dynamic, international team that values creativity and experimentationShape a growing brand across multiple platforms and marketsReal ownership, creative freedom, and visible impactHiring processPortfolio selectionHiring manager interviewCase studyFinal interviews with the Brand Director and CEOReady to join us?Submit your portfolio and resume and let’s create something amazing together.
