In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Milano, per importante realtà attiva nel campo dei sistemi di Alimentazione Ferroviaria in Corrente Continua e per l'Industria e nel campo dei quadri elettrici di ricarica per il settore dell'E-Mobility, è alla ricerca di un ELECTRICAL SALES ENGINEER La risorsa selezionata, a diretto riporto del Direttore Commerciale, seguirà le vendite sui mercati esteri. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti esteri. Analisi dei mercati target, identificazione di nuove opportunità commerciali Partecipazione a fiere di settore, visite a clienti e trasferte commerciali. Negoziazione di termini di vendita Monitoraggio delle performance di vendita e raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati. Coordinamento con ufficio tecnico, logistica e amministrazione per garantire un servizio efficiente al cliente. Reporting periodico alla direzione commerciale. Interfacciarsi con la direzione per la predisposizione di cataloghi e materiali di marketing Requisiti Preferibile ma non necessaria esperienza pregressa in ruoli commerciali export. Essere in possesso di Laurea in ambito tecnico elettrico, elettrotecnico o meccanico Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1) e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua (francese/tedesco/spagnolo). Capacità di negoziazione, orientamento ai risultati e autonomia operativa. Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali (almeno 50% dell'anno) Caratteristiche dell'offerta Contratto: Si offre inserimento diretto presso l'azienda cliente, con CCNL Metalmeccanica Piccola Media Industria Confapi e mensa aziendale. Inquadramento e tipologia contrattuale verranno valutati in base all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa prescelta. Luogo di lavoro: San Donato Milanese (MI) Disponibilità oraria: Full Time 40 h settimanali con orario 07.30 – 12.00 / 12.30- 16.00 Le ricerche sono volte a candidati di entrambi i sessi, legge 903/77.
