Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategicminded Corporate Finance Manager to lead our finance team. As a Corporate Finance Manager you will oversee all aspects of corporate finance including financial planning and analysis budgeting forecasting and financial reporting. Your role will be pivotal in guiding financial decisions optimizing financial performance and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Develop and monitor financial performance metrics KPIs and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports presentations and analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business units to develop annual budgets and strategic financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives investment decisions and capital allocation.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes systems and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors bankers and investors.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors that may impact financial performance and strategic planning.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members fostering a culture of growth accountability and high performance.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Advanced financial analysis skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving business results.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
