FRI-EL GREEN POWER A.G. ist ein führendes Unternehmen in der Produktion von Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen, insbesondere im Bereich der Wind- und Solarenergie.

Die Tätigkeiten und Hauptkompetenzen der Gruppe umfassen alle Phasen der Planung, Konstruktion, Produktion und des Verkaufs von Strom, einschließlich der Landschaftsanalyse und -bewertung sowie des Genehmigungsverfahrens.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Bozen suchen wir einen Senior Project Developer (m/w/d) mit mindestens 2-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Planung von Großanlagen zur Produktion von erneuerbaren Energien.

Die gesuchte Person wird an den Head of Development berichten. Der/die ideale KandidatIn sollte folgende Anforderungen erfüllen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen (vorzugsweise Bauingenieurwesen/Umweltingenieurwesen/Bau/Energie/Elektrotechnik) oder Umweltwissenschaften;
  • Kenntnisse der wichtigsten IT-Tools (Office-Paket, AutoCAD, QGIS usw.);
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Windkraft, Wasserkraft, Photovoltaik, Energiespeicherung;
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift mit Bezug auf den technischen Bereich;
  • Bereitschaft zu kurzen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland;
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse;
  • Präzision und Leidenschaft bei der Arbeit;
  • Unternehmergeist und Motivation in der Ausübung der eigenen Rolle;
  • Fähigkeit zur Problemlösung und Teamarbeit;
  • Residenz oder Wohnsitz in der Nähe des Arbeitsortes oder die Bereitschaft zum Umzug ist erwünscht.

Die Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

  • Führung der Projekte in der Entwicklungsphase unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Leiters Business Development;
  • Überwachung der Planung der Projekte, Überprüfung und Kontrolle der Ausführungen, Koordination der Berater und Ansprechpartner vor Ort;
  • Verwaltung der Genehmigungsverfahren, insbesondere Einreichung von Anträgen, Integration von Dokumenten, Beziehungen zu den beteiligten Behörden auf allen Ebenen, sowie sämtlicher Tätigkeiten, die zur Erlangung der Genehmigungen für den Bau und Betrieb neuer Anlagen erforderlich sind;
  • Administrative und kommerzielle Projektverwaltung, auch in Bezug auf Verträge mit Beratern, Lieferanten und Grundstückseigentümern;
  • Verwaltung des Projektbudgets und Erstellung von Businessplänen.

Diese Position steht auch Personen aus geschützten Kategorien gemäß Gesetz Nr. 68/99 offen.

Die Vertragsart und das Gehaltsniveau werden je nach Profil und Erfahrung der ausgewählten Person festgelegt.
