Supervisionare la tesoreria, gestire la liquidità e le relazioni con banche e investitori. Coordinare l’attività di M&A, project financing e strutturazione di operazioni complesse per nuovi impianti. Garantire conformità normativa e fiscale, inclusa la gestione dei rischi finanziari. Definire e implementare la strategia finanziaria in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e di sostenibilità. Supportare il CEO e il CdA nelle decisioni strategiche e nella pianificazione a lungo termine. Guidare il team Finance, promuovendo efficienza e digitalizzazione dei processi. Supervisionare l’allineamento IT agli obiettivi di business insieme alle funzioni aziendali. Gestire le operazioni di Facility per garantire efficienza, sicurezza e sostenibilità delle sedi aziendali. Gestire e coordinare con HR per supportare workforce planning, talent acquisition e sviluppo organizzativo. Gestire e coordinare il dipartimento Legal per garantire compliance, affari societari e mitigazione dei rischi. Your ProfileLaurea in Economia a o discipline affini. Almeno 10/15 anni di esperienza in ruoli finanziari, di cui 5 come CFO o Responsabile Amministrativo e Finanziario. Fortemente gradito un background in aziende del settore energia, infrastrutture o rinnovabili. Conoscenza approfondita di project financing, strumenti di investimento e normativa fiscale. Ottima padronanza di sistemi ERP e strumenti di analisi finanziaria. Esperienza comprovata in contesti internazionali e organizzazioni matriciali. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Soft SkillsLeadership e capacità di gestire team multidisciplinari. Visione strategica e orientamento ai risultati. Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e relazionali. Problem solving e adattabilità in contesti dinamici. Si offre un iniziale contratto interim a tempo determinato di 6/12 mesi con prospettive di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
