If you are passionateabout Renewable Energy Sources and looking to give new meaning toyour career, we are looking for you Your Mission: As Head ofDevelopment and Project Management you will play a crucial role inleading our project development and permitting activities in Italy.This key role will drive the success and growth of our PV and BESSportfolio, positioning the company as a key actor in the energytransition sector in Italy. What will you do? - Serve as theprimary liaison with all stakeholders involved in the developmentand construction phases of photovoltaic (PV) and battery energystorage system (BESS) projects. Ensure the timely acquisition ofall permits, licenses, and approvals necessary to achieveReady-to-Build (RTB) and Commercial Operation Date (COD)milestones. Monitoring development timings, project budgets andensure cost reduction. - Monitor project development costsrigorously, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure strictadherence to budgetary constraints without compromising quality ortimelines. - Build and maintain strong, strategic relationshipswith key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, andlocal communities. Act as a trusted representative, fosteringtransparency and alignment with project goals - Oversee energyassessment, engineering, and construction activities to alignproject deliverables with strategic objectives. Ensure technical,financial, and operational requirements are consistently met. Stayupdated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to keepa competitive edge and drive continuous improvement. - Partner withinternal teams including finance, engineering, and legal tostreamline project execution. Address challenges proactively tomaintain project momentum. - Liaise with Headquarter's Finance andM&A Teams to support the Financial Closing or Sale of theportfolio under management. - Manage, guide, and inspire ahigh-performing team (2/3 people) to deliver projects on time,within scope, and on budget. Promote accountability and a cultureof excellence across all phases of project delivery. - Stay aheadof industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging bestpractices. Leverage insights to drive innovation, maintain acompetitive edge, and refine project management processes. What arewe looking for? - A strong track record in project developmentwithin the renewable energy sector, demonstrating the ability tomanage projects through all phases, from inception to completion. -Skilled in managing and inspiring teams, fostering collaboration,and driving results in dynamic and challenging environments. -Comprehensive understanding of the Italian renewable energy market,including its regulatory framework, permitting processes, andindustry trends. - Fluency in both Italian and English, withexcellent communication skills in both languages to effectivelyengage with diverse stakeholders. - Knowledge of the Spanishlanguage is a plus What do we offer?
