We are looking for an engaging, proactive, and excellence Chef de Rang Sommelier to join our team from March to November.
You will be the main point of reference for wine service in our restaurants, bringing passion, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring that every service exceeds our guests’ expectations. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Create, update, and oversee the wine list with EAM in charge F&B
• Maintain inventory and order wine to replenish stock
• Discuss wines with guests and assist them in making their selection
• Taste wines before serving
• Organize and conduct wine tastings for our guests
• Convey and uphold the property’s identity through storytelling (history, art, culture, agriculture)
• Monitor and optimize the department’s financial and quality performance
• Restaurant Manager
In-depth knowledge of the world of wine
• Excellent command of English and Italian (a third language is a plus)
• Work in a luxury hospitality environment rooted in sustainability
