Role Overview

We are seeking a talented designer with proven agency experience to join our team remotely, based in Milan. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative background with a high level of visual design skills, conceptual thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

While this is a remote role, the candidate should be based in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Produce high-quality visual designs from concept through execution from social media, brochures, event print materials, ad campaigns to presentations.
  • Use project management tools to organize tasks, track project timelines, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and platforms.
  • Adapt designs based on team feedback and evolving project requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a designer in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven expertise with Power Point, Adobe, and other design tools.
  • Experience with design software and technologies (Such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
  • Proficiency in working with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira to effectively manage tasks, timelines, and collaboration with other team members.
  • Ability to efficiently process information and execute on tasks at hand.
  • Proficiency in English is a must as we are an international team, and all materials are in English.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch plus experience with AI functionalities and tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, ideally including both digital and print projects.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.
