Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2025, is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Guest Relations Manager.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience throughout their stay.
Oversee daily interactions to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Manage guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient service aligned with LQA standards.
Proactively anticipate guests' needs, offering personalized solutions to enhance their stay.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing a high level of service.
