Public Relations Specialist

Job Title: Public Relations Specialist - Agency WorkerJob Location: Rome, ItalyMain Responsibilities: PR & Communications Support. Assist in implementing PR strategies to enhance corporate reputation, including drafting multilingual (Chinese/Italian) materials for internal/external communications and CSR initiatives. Operational & Event Execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and event management (e.g., translations, event logistics). Stakeholder Engagement Assistance. Facilitate communication with stakeholders (media, partners, government agencies) under leadership guidance, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange. Media & Crisis Response Assistance. Support crisis management efforts by drafting statements and maintaining real-time updates in Chinese/Italian. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Political Science/International Relations, Marketing, or related field. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, Italian and Chinese are a must).  Logical Thinking: Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze issues clearly and propose effective solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiently use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create high-quality documents, reports, and presentations. Work Style: Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
