Your main duties

  1. Evaluation and analysis of rates, sending the complete offer to the client, follow up in collaboration with Revenue and Reservation
  2. Preventive reverification and supervision of all confirmed services
  3. Organizing and conducting Site Inspections
  4. Sending contracts to clients
  5. Preparation of service orders for each confirmed event to share with the relevant departments clearly indicating all details for the realization of the event
  6. Confrontation with the F&B Manager regarding the request for F&B services at the bidding stage, if they do not match the defined standard
  7. Managing the event in the company system
  8. Notify the hotel’s F&B department of the event confirmation well in advance depending on the size of the group
  9. Welcoming the client upon arrival at the hotel with presence and support throughout the event, if necessary
  10. Verification of deposit payments and event balances
  11. Final check at close of event of final numbers before emission of invoice and/or related commission invoice in case of presence of a brokerage agency

Your profile

  1. BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
  2. Hospitality studies or Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, Sales or related areas
  3. Previous experience as Events Coordinator, MICE Coordinator, or similar roles
  4. Ability to work independently
  5. Proactive
  6. Capability of working with internal and external teams and partners
  7. Experience in coordinating large-scale events
  8. Familiarity with Sales software, in particular to create operational function sheets
  9. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages
  10. Ability to work under strict deadlines
  11. Microsoft Office literate
