Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the company's energy storage business across international markets, with a focus on achieving sustainable sales growth.
  • Lead commercial activities throughout the sales and tendering process, including customer engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing discussions.
  • Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, finance, and supply chain, to prepare accurate quotations, support bid submissions, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage customer enquiries, sample requests, quotations, and order follow-up activities to support sales conversion and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial matters.
  • Organize and conduct customer visits, business reviews, and presentations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the energy storage sector to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records in accordance with company procedures.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in the energy storage, battery, renewable energy, electric vehicle (EV), automotive components, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial project management within an international environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Experience working with overseas customers and managing international business relationships is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are required. Additional European languages, particularly Italian, are considered an advantage.
