FRAG S.r.l. è alla ricerca di un Control Engineer il quale sarà operativo nella Divisione “Flares”. La figura sarà responsabile di tutti gli aspetti della commessa relativi alla parte di Automazione e Controllo, dal punto di vista tecnico e di costi.

Principali Responsabilità:
  1. Revisionare e ove necessario implementare le specifiche del Cliente, evidenziando eventuali incongruenze.
  2. Sviluppare i disegni P&ID, coordinandosi con i Dipartimenti Sales ed Ingegneria di Processo per soddisfare i requisiti tecnici e contrattuali.
  3. Sviluppare il diagramma “Control Narrative” e “Cause & Effects” in coordinamento con gli Ingegneri di Processo.
  4. Sviluppare diagrammi logici ISA per sistemi PLC e DCS.
  5. Sviluppare schede tecniche e disegni di aggancio per tutti gli strumenti e le valvole, in particolare: temperatura, livello, flusso e trasmettitori di pressione insieme a valvole di controllo, posizionatori, analitici e vari altri tipi di strumentazione.
  6. Sviluppare disegni, in particolare layout interno, schemi elettrici ed interconnessioni per pannelli di controllo, distribuzione di energia, scatole di derivazione, e sistemi di segnalazione di aviazione.
  7. Preparare BOM dei cavi e piani di Routing.
  8. Preparare le Materials Requisition per i fornitori ed eseguire l'allineamento tecnico e commerciale delle offerte ricevute.
  9. Rispettare il budget assegnato dal Project Engineer o dal Project Manager relativo alla parte di controllo.
  10. Redazione delle schede di offerta per gli elementi di controllo.
  11. Eseguire l'ispezione e il test delle apparecchiature in collaborazione con il Cliente ed il Project Manager.
Requisiti:
  1. Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica/dell’Automazione o Diploma ad indirizzo Elettrico/Elettromeccanico.
  2. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in ambito Oil & Gas con un focus particolare su Bruciatori e Sistemi di Combustione.
  3. Esperienza pregressa nello sviluppo di logiche di Controllo d’Automazione.
  4. Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese sia parlata che scritta.
  5. Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio Nazionale ed Internazionale.
