Job Title: Sales Manager – Flooring/building materials industry Location: ItalyWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our division in the Italy region. If you have more than 3 years of proven sales experience in the flooring/building materials industry,experience in OEM cooperation with local distributors and purchasers, providing customized product solutions, negotiating contracts, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and maintaining OEM cooperation with local flooring distributors, building material retailers and project purchasers, achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share.Conduct market research on local flooring industry trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics, and provide targeted OEM product solutions to clients.Negotiate OEM contracts with overseas clients, clarify product specifications, pricing, delivery terms and after-sales service clauses, and ensure smooth execution of cooperation projects.Coordinate with internal production, logistics and quality control teams to ensure on-time delivery of OEM orders and compliance with international product standards (e.g., EU E0 certification).Collect feedback from overseas clients on product quality and service, and put forward optimization suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation stickiness.Qualifications:3+ years of sales experience in the flooring/building materials industry, with a solid understanding of local retail and wholesale channels.Strong knowledge of customer behavior in home improvement stores and supermarkets.In-depth understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics in UK.Proven track record of success in sales, including the ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.Why Join Us:Opportunity to lead a growing division with exciting potential in the Italy market.Work with a dynamic, innovative team in a company that values your experience and expertise.Competitive salary and benefits package.Strong career growth and development opportunities.If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level and have the experience we're looking for, apply now
