Beauty Consultant canale Farmacia

Se hai passione per il settore Cosmetico e la Vendita consulenziale, questo è il lavoro che fa per te La risorsa, dopo un training sulle caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti dovrà:
• Visitare le farmacie assegnate, entro la zona di competenza.

• Consigliare la vendita di un'ampia gamma di prodotti ai clienti finali; • Avere Cura delle Farmacie clienti presenti nel territorio assegnato;

• Gestione del sell-in relativo a nuovi lanci e riassortimenti;

• Pianificazione e realizzazione di attività di vendita e sell-out direttamente in farmacia;

• Dimostrazione dei prodotti del Brand, tramite appuntamenti e tramite trattamenti di bellezza;

• Gestione e realizzazione di eventi commerciali nel territorio di riferimento;

• Animare, motivare e formare il personale presso i punti vendita dei clienti;

• Ricerca di nuovi clienti nel territorio assegnato.

Competenze richieste:

• Ottima conoscenza del settore cosmetico e della categoria “skin care”,

• Consolidata esperienza commerciale sia in ambito sell-in che sell-out. • Preferibile esperienza pregressa nella vendita in farmacia / profumeria / erboristeria: Beauty, addetta vendita, commessa, responsabile cosmetica, promoter (sei mesi) • Attitudine alla vendita e orientamento ai risultati,

• Capacità di comunicazione e di negoziazione,

• Possesso della patente B, disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte il 100% del tempo lavorativo.
