Siamo alla ricerca di un candidato/a che ricopra il ruolo di Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static & Rotating Equipment) presso la nostra nuova sede in apertura su Roma.Requisiti. Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica (o Nucleare/Aerospaziale/Materiali affine) Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di ingegneria meccanica per impianti Oil & Gas, Petrolchimici, Power, Chimici o Energie Rinnovabili, su apparecchiature sia rotanti sia statiche e relativi packages Conoscenza del ciclo completo di esecuzione commessa: specifiche, data sheet, material requisition, inspection data sheet, valutazioni tecniche d’offerta, follow-up fornitore Capacità di scelta e applicazione dei principali codici e standard internazionali (API 610/613/614/616/617/618/682, API 661, ASME VIII, ASME B31.x, TEMA, PED, ATEX, Machinery Directive). Conoscenza delle problematiche di selezione materiali e dei principali NDT e prove/collaudi in officina (shop test). Esperienza di interfaccia con fornitori, clienti e altre discipline (processo, piping, elettrico, strumentale). Buona conoscenza di strumenti informatici di calcolo/dimensionamento e del pacchetto MS Office; gradita conoscenza di software di calcolo per vessel/scambiatori (es. PVElite, Compress). Spiccata capacità al lavoro in team multidisciplinari. Inglese fluente, parlato e scritto; disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia/Estero. Obiettivo e responsabilità.La risorsa, inserita nel dipartimento meccanico, seguirà l’ingegneria di apparecchiature statiche e macchine rotanti per impianti Oil & Gas, Petrolchimici e Power, assicurando che i progetti rispettino processi, codici e specifiche del cliente. Si occuperà di preparare e controllare specifiche tecniche, data sheet e MR, valutare tecnicamente le offerte dei fornitori e accompagnarle fino all’approvazione, lavorando in stretto coordinamento con le altre discipline e con il Project Engineer. Sarà il riferimento tecnico nelle riunioni di progetto, darà supporto agli acquisti e al proposal per stime e tempi, e terrà sotto controllo l’avanzamento delle attività. Gestirà inoltra i rapporti tecnici con i costruttori, partecipando quando necessario a FAT e collaudi in officina e fornirà supporto in campo in fase di montaggio e messa in servizio. È richiesto, infine, di saper rappresentare la disciplina verso il cliente e proporre soluzioni tecniche che tengano insieme qualità, tempi, costi e manutenibilità.InquadramentoLa posizione prevede un contratto a tempo indeterminato.
