Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join a leading motorsport manufacturer in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to progress their career by developing CAD/CAM programming expertise while working on cutting-edge motorsport prototype projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimise 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Manufacture high-precision prototype components to engineering specifications.
• Work with Siemens-controlled machining centres.
• Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are maintained.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on prototype development projects.
• Learn and develop CAD/CAM programming skills through hands-on training.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Proven experience operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Experience using Siemens controls.
• Fluent Italian speaker.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience machining composite prototype components.
• Background in motorsport, aerospace, or prototype manufacturing environments.
• Interest in progressing into CAD/CAM programming. xysqume
