IT Controller & Planning Department Assistant

 

La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita nella divisione ICT preposta alla gestione delle offerte richieste ai fornitori, cost control, budget, forecast e analisi/rendicontazione discostamenti. Sarà a riporto del Responsabile dei Sistemi Informativi e lavorerà in sinergia con le funzioni del Responsabile area Budget/Cost Control e dell'area Ufficio Acquisti e Approvvigionamenti.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • prendere contatti con i fornitori del parco ICT per le richieste di offerta, fornendo un supporto sinergico fra le U.O dei Sistemi Informativi e di quella dell'Ufficio Acquisti e Approvvigionamenti, al fine di garantire un presidio di attenzione sulle scadenze e rinnovi contrattuali nell'ambito ICT dei servizi, prestazioni, software e hardware di uso aziendale;
  • redazione delle RDA (Richieste di Accompagno) e conseguente caricamento in SAP 4Hana, curandone il processo end-to-end;
  • supporto alle attività di cost control e di preparazione del budget ICT, con capacità di analisi, monitoraggio e predisposizione reportistica funzionale al controllo dei costi, del forecast e dei consuntivi di chiusura;
  • attività di prioritizzazione urgenze e monitoraggio criticità sui principali stream di lavoro dell'area di Sistemi;
  • presidiare le riunioni di stand-up giornaliere con redazione della nota di meeting, al fine di mantenere la pianificazione dei task delle code di lavoro per impatto e urgenza;
  • redigere la reportistica mensile per monitoraggio dei principali KPI su tutti gli stream di attività e code di lavoro ICT principali.

 

 

Requisiti tecnici:

  • buona conoscenza delle piattaforme: SAP 4/HANA o altre piattaforme ERP
  • buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti per il budget e cost control
  • buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office 365, Asana, Project e dei principali applicativi di project management
  • eventuale conoscenza base della piattaforma Service Now

 

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito la laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o un diploma tecnico e ha già maturato esperienza in ruoli analoghi.

Completano il profilo orientamento al cliente interno e capacità di gestire relazioni in contesti complessi, ottime capacità analitiche e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team.



 

Si offre un contratto di inserimento a tempo indeterminato, inquadramento di livello e retribuzione saranno decisi in funzione dell'esperienza maturata e delle competenze possedute.
